Villa was in a perfect location. It was clean but it needs updating. The furniture in the bedroom looked a bit tired. The shelving in the shower is coming off the wall.
The kitchen was well equipped but there was absolutely nothing in the way of condiments or cleaning products.which is unusual when staying in villas.

Not what we saw on line. There is ongoing pipe works to the gardens and pool area with a flimsy piece of wood to attempt to walk over to get to pathway. We weren't able to use the pool because of the health and safety
Could be cleaner! Dusty property. Wifi quite poor as had to piggyback on a different router.
Has / bedrooms but access to only bathroom is by going through other bedroom. Also main room only has a noisy ceiling fan
However, we would return given great location and space provided

Poor cleaning materials
Stayed for four weeks only one change of bedding. Had to wash bedding and towels if you wanted weekly change. Had to purchase all cleaning products for toilet and apartment. No mop in apartment. Had to defrost freezer to close door properly. Had to purchase insect repellent.

Séjour infernal dans l'appartement
L'appartement est correct et assez bien équipé, sauf le lit dont le matelas trop fin, est posé sur une planche en bois. Il y a de la moisissure dans la salle de bain.Dès le lendemain de notre arrivée il y a eu un bruit permanent causé par des travaux de canalisations dans le jardin, ce qui rendait l'accès à la piscine pratiquement impossible et nous empêchait de rester dans l'appartement. Le soir, c'était pire à cause de la musique diffusée à très haute intensité par les bars et restaurants, jusque tard dans la nuit.Le pire a eu lieu les derniers jours de notre séjour avec un marteau piqueur qui a passé des heures à percer les murs séparant les terrasses des appartements et le jardin de la copropriété.Le gestionnaire a été informé à plusieurs reprises avec envoi de vidéos prouvant les désagréments, et il nous a répondu que le propriétaire ne se sentait pas concerné.Heureusement qu'il a fait beau car nous avons dû rester à l'extérieur de l'appartement la majorité du temps.En résumé, nous aurions souhaité être informés à l'avance des travaux en cours dans la résidence.La moindre des délicatesses du propriétaire aurait été de proposer une réduction sur le montant du séjour de 3 semaines. Par contre, nous avons demandé à rester 2 heures de plus le jour du départ pour éviter de nous promener avec les valises et il a fallu payer 20 .

An ideal holiday apartment in a good location
This apartment is ideal for couples on their own or with a child it is so close to the beaches and marina for boat trips. There is a good public transport service close by and the taxi rank is just a short walk from the property. The apartment is very spacious with a lovely garden with sun loungers and a swing chair. There is also table and chairs for outside eating. It is a short walk to the swimming pool. There are plenty of restaurants shops and supermarkets within a short walking distance from the property. I would recommend this apartment to anybody
