Cook’s Cottage has been tightly held in the same family for over 30 years & passed on now as the perfect central cottage to stay with family & explore the Adelaide Hills Wine region. 5 mins to the premier wineries like Shaw & Smith, The Lane, & 10 mins to Petaluma and Bird in Hand and many more. Lovely front & rear garden, outdoor area. Sleeps 4-6.

Quiet & Easy access street from both Greenhill rd & the freeway. Walking distance to the Balhannah Dog park, Balhannah Hotel and the local shops.

Easy plan two bedroom cottage and large garden in central location. The best position to explore the Adelaide Hills. Two good sized bedrooms, bathroom/ laundry and easily sleeps 4 with an additional sofa bed. Level entry, undercover carport, enclosed back entertaining area.
