Everything was bang on perfect for our trip Only thing we found was the pipes were a bit out of sorts on level 4. Whether it was ours or next doors they’d sing like an orchestra. Was very loud and quite disorienting tbh. But didn’t effect the stay

Stayed at Hotel as was having a knee operation. The 2 nights we were there the TV kept turning off and we couldn’t watch it. Not ideal seeing as on the Friday when I got out of hospital I needed to keep my leg up … but there was no tv. Told staff twice and they said there was no maintenance around to fix it! Very poor

From the moment we arrived until we left 3 days later we helped by attentive staff, fed with adequate breakfast and rested well in well equipped room. Easy access to trams from end of Blythe street-we rode the entire network. Close to Currie Street buses to and from airport. All up a great 3 nights. Big thanks to Nepalese lady Neera at front counter who was very helpful.

Very nice staff and great service. The room is clean and tidy. The pillows are too too too soft. A good choices of breakfast but the taste is just so so. Bad-tasting coffee and orange juice.
