Modern Cabin on Monkey Island with Expansive Deck & Hot Tub!

Located near Shangri La and the newly completed Battlefield par-3 golf course in the heart of Monkey Island, The Bend in 94 West is a modern-style cabin with all the amenities for your next Grand Lake getaway!

Experience a cozy yet spacious stay in this 3-bed, 3-bath home. The thoughtfully crafted open-concept floorplan features a fully-stocked kitchen, dining, and living area (with sofa bed) in the heart of the home on the first floor, with large picture windows offering sweeping views of the surroundings. Relax in the living room, outfitted with a large Samsung The Frame smart TV and wood-burning fireplace.

Large French doors lead to an expansive, fully fenced-in deck equipped with a large hot tub & outdoor TV setup, a 12-seat outdoor dining table and an Adirondack chair seating area with a Solo Stove fire pit. The remainder of the first floor features a cozy king bedroom with on-suite full bath and a queen bedroom with full size bath just outside in the hallway. Prepare to feel pampered with the heated bathroom floors and oversized walk-in showers with incredible water pressure!

Upstairs a third bedroom features an amazing custom built-in bunk setup with 4 full size beds and an additional full size trundle bed. An attached full bath is also located upstairs. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. Blackout window shades throughout all bedrooms ensure privacy and darkened conditions for sleep.

Family-friendly games included as well as covered carport parking. Additional neighborhood amenities include a community lakeside fire pit just a short walk down the hill toward the lake.

What a great place to stay! Everything was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked so well. By far the most stocked kitchen in a VRBO rental that we have ever stayed in. We appreciated the quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all the bathrooms. The hot tub was warm and ready to go. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. It was a great stay. One small suggestion: fresh batteries in all the TV remotes would be a plus. We would rebook in a heartbeat.

Beautiful area with lots of trees. We spent a lot of time on the deck and enjoyed grilling out, making S'mores in the fire pit, and relaxing in the hot tub. The cabin is clean, nicely decorated, well stocked, and accommodated the 10 of us easily.

Perfect Little Getaway Home

Everything went very smoothly during our stay. Very beautifully decorated, clean, and tidy. Hot ton was working and nice. Plenty of amenities and had everything we needed. Only hiccup was our check in code was not working, but our host fixed it very promptly!

Great spot for golf retreat

We had a group of 8 stay the weekend to play at the golf courses in the area. The location was 5 minutes away from the courses making it very easy. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our entire crew. The outdoor deck area was the perfect spot for us to hang out together. Check in and out was very easy. Overall, it was a very nice stay!

Well appointed - soft beds

As described and very clean and comfortable. If you like soft beds you will be happy. hard bed sleepers be wary. The smoker and hot tub came to good use and the area has good golf. Lake access is limited as it almost always is on reservoirs like this. Boat rentals are available though.

Stop looking now and book with Zach!

We had a fantastic stay at Zach’s modern cabin. Zach is an excellent host and was great to work. His communication was prompt and he fulfilled all our requests. The cabin is as described and was excellent all around. We loved the location and all the amenities of this property. The kitchen is equipped for all your dining needs, smart tvs and WiFi, wonderful deck with lots of outdoor setting with a fire pit and grill. The kids really enjoyed their own upstairs area with bunks and games. We’re looking forward to rebooking this property in the future! What a gem!
