We booked this property in advance and we have been told you will get access to property information 3 days before travel. But no information was provided. After sending numerous email and msgs the only reply we received "yes" and "merhaba" . Not information was provided how to Enter in the apartment. Expedia helps us alot but no response received either. Booking was cancelled by host at exact time when it was 20 minutes to board the flight. Called Expedia and they arrange an emergency accommodation for us and promised to reimburse the additional cost. They were helpful. Host deliberately cancelled the booking so that our family( 3 kids and wife) struggles in the middle of night with no accommodation. I would not recommend this property or host who tried his best when board in plan and he cancel the booking but luckly we got 20 minute to approach Expedia team and they helped us.
