Spacious room, great pools and fantastic facilities for young children (pool, playground, indoor playing area and even a painting area). We were unfortunately not impressed by the food but at least there was a wide variety and you could also find something nice. The Moroccan restaurant was the best of the options.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Not 4 star, bathrooms are disgusting and need updating as grout is mouldy and water doesn’t drain properly in the shower…really dated. Air conditioners don’t work! Bathroom stink, indoor pool not clean! rude staff telling us we can’t eat breakfast on certain tables because they didn’t want to clean more! Horrible food, so bland and really disgusting. Entertainment not always appropriate for kids even though they said it is family friendly. Never recommend to anyone, waste of money.
