Luxury, air Conditioned Home With Jacuzzi in Languedoc

At Marina Resort L'Ile Saint-Martin, you get to choose from four types of luxury villas built in Languedoc style. All are very well equipped. They have a spacious living room with sleeping facilities, including air conditioning, an alarm, a safe and an LCD TV (also a second TV). There is a fully-fitted kitchen available, including an American fridge / freezer (ice cubes as well). You may use a covered terrace with garden furniture, sun umbrella and deck chairs, an enclosed and lockable garden and a (outdoor) private Jacuzzi. Right underneath your house you have a direct connection to your own garage for two cars. You can reserve your own jetty and mooring.In the evening you can let down the electric shutters, if you like. There is a washing machine and dryer available to you.

There are three types of holiday homes for 6 to 8 people. They overlook the little harbor (FR-34300-15) or the large port side (FR-34300-12) or have a sea view (FR-34300-13). They all contain two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second and third bedrooms all have two double beds. There are two bathrooms with a bath and a shower and two toilets.
