A FUIR

Ancienne maison divisée en plusieurs logements pour la location estivale mais pas entretenue: aucune isolation ni insonorisation : on entend tous les voisins présents y compris le bruit de la rue avec un restaurant karaoké juste derrière ; logement sale avec 2 chambres en enfilade, j'ai du détartrer la bouilloire pour l'utiliser; le grill pain fait disjoncter, trou dans le mur de la chambre (photos pour preuve à disposition), interrupteurs crasseux, celui de la SDE a un trou noir à la sortie des fils, douche avec faïence tombée et receveur avec joints noirs, wc inaccessible pour une personne à forte corpulence, TV posée sur la table, micro onde sale et uniquement 2 feux de cuisson collants pour un logement de 4 couchages canapé inconfortable, meuble vaisselle (assiettes, couverts, verres et tasses) posé à même le sol, pas d'éclairage au dessus de l'évier sombre, frigo pas branché à l'arrivée, dessous d'évier pour rangement casseroles, poêles, saladiers sans caisson de rangement... jardinet pas entretenu ni tondu donc pas accessible, bain de soleil jeté à l'envers dans un coin etc.. je comprends pourquoi le descriptif était minima sans surface indiquée, idem pour les photos.. C'était une résa tardive, je sais maintenant pourquoi ce logement était encore disponible, mais loué au même prix qu'un Campanile où on dispose de tout le confort attendu.. MERITERAIT UN CONTROLE DE LA REPRESSION DES FRAUDES ET DES SERVICES DE L'ETAT : honte à ce genre de propriétaires indignes..

Beau séjour au Grau d'Adge

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans la maison. Le propriétaire était très gentil et la rue où se trouve la maison est excellente et calme, même si elle est proche du centre.

3ème séjour

Mon 3eme séjour au Grau d'agde chez Charli. J'aime l'authenticité de l'appartement la disponibilité et la discrétion de notre hôte. Malgré une météo capricieuse, le séjour était très agréable, un retour aux sources.
