Dioni Lux is built in 2019, is an apartment with high quality materials. It is located near the centre of Agios Nikolaos(7 minutes on foot). Also the distance from the sea is less than 10 minutes on foot. The bus station is close to the apartment. The neighborhood is quite peaceful and there are local markets around. The closest super markets are 7minutes on foot.The open market abstains only 10 minutes on foot. Dioni has a swing and a lovely garden for adults and kids both!
The space
Dioni supports wifi, smart tv 43'', Netflix, swing, garden, spacious sunny balcony for coctails and the matress on the king size bed is anatomical hypoallergenic with aloe vera. You are able to relax and enjoy the scenery of olive trees and mountains from the terrace accompanied by a glass of wine!

Dioni Lux has a lot of parking spots in almost 20 meters far away. There is one central door before the main door of the house for more safety and the property is bounded.
Other things to note
Outside of the apartment there is a garden that is accessible for the guests! All the exterior area is peaceful and highly recommended also for children !
