Disappointing honeymoon, no sea view

Pros: It's situated on a lovely bay (not that we saw it from our sea view room - with no sea view!)
Cons: It's so impersonal, expensive, overcrowded and food not great. They shouldn't falsely advertise a sea view!
Location: Eat in Elounda or Plakia! Stay in a different, smaller, non-all-inclusive hotel!
It's not that this place is bad, it's just that it is not good. Here you are just a number. We paid a lot of money to celebrate our honeymoon here and nothing was special about it. We also paid more to have a sea view bungalow, and only got a view of bushes and a roof!! Everything here is also really expensive and the food mediocre. The staff wouldn't even help us to find a clean table for two when we arrived for breakfast and dinner -- three times this happened!! I suppose this could be good for families that just want a compact holiday, but it was so disappointing for our honeymoon. I wish we hadn't stayed here.
