This exceptional property features a private swimming pool, which can be heated (Only in April there is an additional charge of 40 euro per night, May, October, and November) to a comfortable 22-25 degrees Celsius, depending on the weather conditions.

The villa has a single-floor layout with a total of two main rooms,one master bedroom with a double bed and another room which is used either as a second bedroom with two single beds that can be also turned to a double or as a living room (if used as a second bedroom an outside open living area is provided). There are also two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan modern kitchen and a veranda with outdoor furniture. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Satellite TV and WiFi coverage in all areas.
