Indulge in an extraordinary experience at our earth-sheltered villa (adults only) in Crete, offering boundless sea views just 250 meters from the beach. This exceptional property features a private, heated (Only in April there is an additional charge of 40 euros per night, May-October-November) swimming pool measuring 28 square meters, maintaining a comfortable temperature of 22-25 degrees Celsius depending on weather conditions. Nestled in the enchanting Agios Pavlos on the south coast of Rethymno, it boasts full amenities and is conveniently situated just 3 kilometers from local taverns, cafes, bars, and a mini-market, all of which operate from April to October.

Our villa stands out with its unique architecture that seamlessly integrates with the natural landscape, adhering to bioclimatic design principles and nearly zero energy consumption. The single-floor layout comprises a double-bed bedroom, a fully equipped living room with a sofa-bed, a modern en-suite bathroom, and a well-appointed open-plan kitchen. The villa is fully air-conditioned and provides Satellite TV and WiFi coverage throughout all areas. Agios Pavlos is a stunning area, known for its fully organized, pristine main sandy beach and its proximity to numerous other sandy beaches.

Incredible Altera Cave Villas
We loved our week here. The apartment was amazing, it looked super stylish but also had everything that we needed and the view from the pool was stunning. We can't wait to visit again.
