Charming stone house in the centre of the village, stunning mountain view,
Marilena's House is a recently renovated stone building in the heart of Lefkogeia village. It is an old perfectly restored two-storey building of 1890 with an aesthetic atmosphere which combines elements of the past blended with a subtle touch of modern decoration. The house consists of 2 bedrooms (one is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor), a well equipped open plan kitchenette, a dining room, living room and a bathroom on the ground floor. The total area of the house is 100 sqm, with a small patio on the ground floor where you can have your breakfast or lunch. An internal wooden staircase leads you to the upper floor where there is a large verandah which offers a magnificent view of the rural surroundings and the mountains. The spacious bedroom upstairs consists of a double bed and a single bed.Marilena's house is located in the heart of the village Lefkogeia, giving you the privilege to enjoy a perfect insight into the life of a small rural village! In close proximity of 5-10 minutes there are several famous beaches of the south coast such as: Ammoudi, Damnoni, Schinaria, Plakias, Preveli and Souda Beach.The house is ideal for couples and families who want to experience Crete in an authentic way and feel the incomparable hospitality of the locals that live in the village. Ideal location for cycling, hiking, long walks in the cretan nature, exploring the gorges and the rivers.
