The villa has an outdoor pool, a 450 rich floral garden and furnished terrace overlooking the Lybian blue sea. BBQ is provided on site as well.
Accommodations include wrought iron beds, fully equipped kitchen, a living room a dining room, 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin) and 3 WC`s with shower. There is also a folding bed that can be placed in a bedroom or in the living room. It also has satellite TV, free WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and more. Plakias village is located 36 km south of the town of Rethymno (approximately 40 min. by car). You can reach our residences either by Chania Airport (approximately 90 min. by car) or Heraklion Airport (approximately 120 min. by car).
Plakias is built in the exit of a rich valley, surrounded by tall mountains and dense olive grove. Most of the houses are located near the small port of Plakias, surrounding the big arc-shaped bay. If you are fascinated by the panoramic view of the sea, you can visit the small village of Myrthios, up in the cliffs above Plakias, with an amazing view towards it.
A panoramic view is also offered from Sellia, another small village near Plakias.
At Plakias village, you will find everything you need, as there are a lot of shops and super-markets, rental and tourist offices.
Visitors choose to spend their vacation in Plakias for the clear water sea and the many beautiful beaches in the area.
The residences are right on the beautiful sandy beach of Paligremnos. The beach is organized with umbrellas and sun beds and the water is crystal clear.
The characteristic elements of Paligremnos are the nearby huge vertical rocks that rise over the beach.

A car is recommended for your transportation. We can organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property (extra charge).

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it were your own. :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Fireplace: The fireplace is working with wood which will be provided.

9. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa

10. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

11. The lead guest (the oldest member of the group) must be at least 21 years old.

12. Please respect the quiet hours from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
