The experience was terrible from all possible aspects. Recommended to avoid for any occasion for any kind of traveller. We, as a family (4 adults+ 2 kids) stayed for one night in two rooms in Dec 2025 while visiting Agra. No basic amenities available in this hotel which we typically get everywhere even in a non-star hotel- terrible dirty linens, torn bedsheets, insects in bed mattress and walls, absolutely no housekeeping, no wifi (connects but no service) , no hot water, not even a clean bathroom rug, stained and uncleaned bathrooms. In short, the condition of the rooms were no less than railway station platform or a street.We booked though Expedia with pay-at-hotel option. After experiencing such horrible night, while checkout, we refused to pay the amount and demanded to speak/meet with hotel owner or manager. Even after many requests, nobody turned up from hotel management group, one person at the counter claimed himself as manager and demanded to deal with us. The guy was very adamant and was arguing to pay the full amount. Instead he was asking for late check out charges while in the morning we already checked out and agreed to keep the luggage in one room based on the consent from the person present in the counter at that time.As we had a train to catch in that afternoon,we had to end the altercation and was forced to pay 4000 Rs.(80% of the full price).
In short,Goyal hotelier is running a fraud business through this hotel
