Brand New Mediterranean Oceanfront Condominium/Crashboat Beach

This lush and spacious two-bedroom condo beach escape is located in the exclusive Puerta del Mar condominium complex, a Mediterranean style development which sits majestically above sea level overlooking the spectacular Atlantic Sea. Our condo is comfortably located on the ground floor of the front-ocean buildings that overlook Crashboat Beach, a world famous sports and diving underworld Eden. So come and relax on a “hamaca” or sit by the terrace sipping a tasty tropical drink while enjoying the cool Caribbean breeze, and experience the most stunning sun set views of the island of “Desecheo”, Aguadilla Bay and the Mona Passage without having to move an inch.


Our apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room area, family, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steal appliances and a spacious first floor front beach balcony. The impressive infinity pool that hangs over the cliff top is just a step away from the balcony of the apartment as are many other amenities offered at our condo such as gazebos, sun decks, and “miradores” from where you can take a closer view of the Atlantic Sea and the beauties that this West Coast Jewel has to offer.

A sophisticated yet comfortable tropical blue decoration stimulates your senses helping you and your guests/family to relax and enjoy your stay. The condo easily accommodates from five to six people. Our spacious and elegant master room provides a comfortable queen sized bed equipped with a Simmons Beautyrest pillow-top mattress, dresser with ample storage space and night table, walk-in closet, and private bath with separate vanity area.

The second room offers the guest a sturdy, double bed equipped with a lower full-size bed and twin bed on top. Both have comfortable Simmons mattresses. For the writer hidden in all of us wishing to record this dream vacation, our guest room offers a comfortable writing desk, displaying a full-size Puerto Rican tourist map offering relevant information. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The family room comes equipped with a 42” LCD TV, Blue Ray player, library of movies, and X-Box game console with a variety of games.

This condo offers its residents/visitors resort style amenities: two swimming pools (one infinity with a shared hot tub), outdoor showers, bathrooms, Jacuzzi, children’s playground, canopy spa beds for outdoor relaxing, and sundeck views where you can overlook the sea. In addition, there are two parking spaces per apartment, the security of 24/7 guards, plus remote gated entry. As you can see, Puerta del Mar is the haven that offers you and yours a safe and secure place to enjoy a stress-free vacation.

So incredibly helpful and welcoming! We walk through the door and knew our vacation had finally started.From the front gate attendant to the on site manager to the lovely hosts
this was a class act.While there was so much to see and do locally, the pool was exactly the oasis we needed to relax.We did enjoy horseback riding in Isabella, snorkeling and swimming at Crashboat beach and walking into downtown Aguadilla to enjoy the beautiful Christmas light displays and music.It was so much more than pictured and we would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to escape! Very safe, very beautiful grounds and from coolers for the beach, towels for the beach and convenience of the ice machine and local shopping centers and Walgreens we had all we needed!Thank you!!!

Relaxing getaway overlooking the ocean and infinity pool soothes the soul.

Love the security of the property, the views, sunsets, and the infinity pool. This was our 2nd time in the complex because we adore it there and this unit was appreciated. Host is very responsive, unit is clean and comfortable. We would stay again!

Great spot with a beautiful view

This condo is exactly as described. It was very clean and smartly decorated. The complex is safe and quiet, coming and going was seamless. The location requires a car, as most things you would want to do are not within walking distance, but the location is pretty central to many regional attractions. Communication with the host was very smooth. There were a few kitchen essentials that we were missing and they were promtply provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental, unless you want to be in the center of the party, in which case a beachfront rental will be more what you are looking for.

Paradise by the sea

Puerta Del Mar condo is beautiful, well appointed and sparkling clean. My husband and I loved! With ocean views and an inviting patio where you could enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night, it was just perfect. Before we arrived, I messaged Nannette asking if we could have some coffee and fruit since our flight was late evening. We were pleasantly surprised to not only have coffee and fruit, but enough food for breakfast and lunch the next couple days. I can’t thank Nannette enough for her hospitality and sharing her amazing condo with us. We will be back!

We had an amazing trip to PR and this condo was perfect! Awesome location and very clean, well kept accommodations. The owners were great to communicate with prior to and during our stay, and everything about the property and amenities was perfect! Amazing Property

I have stayed in various apartments at this condo. The layout is similar in all of them except for the penthouse apartments. This apartment was spotless and well-maintained. The master bed was soft and excellent to sleep on. The second bedroom has bunk beds that are good for kids but not for adults if you are looking for support, and the top bunk can only handle about 100 pounds. The lower floor has easy access to the pool, the best view of the ocean, Desecheo Island, and a partial view of Crashboat Beach. I do love this property, and I will like to stay here again in the future.
