We arrived and were not greeted pleasantly. The concierge was very short and only pointed by telling us where our room was. Also the heater was not working and we were cold the whole night. There was no wheelchair assistance and our room was on the 2nd floor. We struggled by ourselves to get my elderly dad up to the room.

We will not stay here again

WiFi did not work on the first floor, had to go down to the lobby to get online. There was a lot of traffic noise and guest noise and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. We did not get a good night's sleep for any of the five nights we were there.

Nos gusto mucho, el precio en comparación con la calidad es muy bajo, pues la verdad esperábamos que como pagamos muy poquito el lugar fuera de menor calidad, pero no, la verdad fue una grata sorpresa, sin duda volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a Aguascalientes, cabe recalcar que el personal es muy muy amable!!
