Great accomodation and location, very quiet beach. But poor service. Staff, especially in the restaurant and bar, need better training and language skills. Hotel also tried to overcharge for the restaurant bill and had inconsistent policies regarding applying VAT and service charge on top of the bill, this varied between the various menus in the restaurant which is misleading for customers.

Très décevant
Le cadre est sublime, le personnel de sécurité, le sauveteur en mer ainsi que l’equipe Du restaurant étaient absolument adorable et très disponible et à l’ecoute En revanche l’equipe De la réception très décevant pas accueillante du tout, la chambre sale (invasion de fourmis certes contrôlée après avoir râlé) et chambre décevante par rapport aux photos...
Malgré tout nous avons passé un bon moment, merci encore au chef, aux serveurs et aux personnes de la sécurité et de la plage pour leurs sourire et leur savoir faire!
