This is rated at a 4 star! More like a 2*. Our room was on the 3rd floor, (top floor) beautiful view of the marina. Patio furniture was newer and bedding/towels were fresh. Bed was comfortable to sleep on. That is about all i can nicely say about this place. This unit needs a complete overhaul. Everything was original. It says it was built in 2000. 1980 is more like it!!! Leather couch was old and cracking. NO screens on any windows/shutters/doors so I got bit all night. Had a all in one kitchenette that was so gross. And pan and kettle that were older than my grandma. The bathroom was a 'spa' tub with old showerhead that sprayed water all over rhe floor. Unit DOES NOT look like any photos they have promoting this place. If you want a 2* motel 6 kinda place this is for you. I wasnt going to write a review and didn't take any pictures. But we would never stay here again! Even door handle was on it last leg, everytime we went out I thought is was going to break off

Staff were friendly but room was old and worn in fixtures and fittings. Requires upgrading. Asked for a room with lift access or no stairs. Was told I was on the ground floor. BUT there are12 steep step up to the room. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower had plenty go hot water.
