This modern open plan home has been designed to take full advantage of the magnificent ocean views. Whether you are relaxing on the balcony or preparing dinner in the kitchen you can see the beautiful clear and protected waters of the Whitsundays.

With polished timber floors, high ceilings and air-conditioned throughout, this home has a well-equipped designer kitchen that was made for entertaining with 2 built in beer & wine fridges and quality fittings.

There are 2 living areas the first is where you can enjoy a movie or perhaps the latest sporting event on the Smart TV while the second has been designed in a relaxed style, ideal for reading a book, enjoying a glass of wine, or chilling out with family and friends and all with those amazing views overlooking the beautiful ocean and Hayman Island beyond.

The large balcony from the main living area offers alfresco dining and a BBQ where you enjoy the sunsets and gentle sea breeze.
There is 1 bedroom off the main living area ideal for 2 smaller children with it’s own bathroom and desk area.

Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has an ensuite, while the 2 rear double bedrooms have a balcony giving the same amazing views out to the ocean. What better way to start you day than waking up and stepping out onto your very own balcony for breakfast or champagne.

The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made into a king should it be required.

All bedrooms lead out from a leisure area with smart TV and comfy sofas while on this same level there is the main bathroom with a large freestanding bath and separate double rain shower.

A large private deck area to the rear of the property is where you will find the sunken spa and seating to enjoy those balmy evenings relaxing with friends, family or just the two of you!

* Please note there is a house being built next door from the 13th August 2024 so may be some construction noise during your stay. Whitsunday Holiday Rentals has no control over this build.

We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of crockery and cutlery provided. The appliances were modern and easy to use. The position was close enough to everything to be only a few minutes drive into the main shops and restaurants. The view was nice. The spa was roomy and already heated but lacked some styling but certainly didn’t detract from our overall experience.

Beautiful House with amazing views

The house and decor are just beautiful. It is very well stocked and clean. The view is amazing but if you don't have a car then you will want to be really fit to walk up the steep hill.I would have given 5 stars if not for the fact that the hot tub didn't work properly. We attempted for hours over 2 days to get the temp up but it didn't work. Given we were there in winter it was just too cold to get in. When I spoke to someone about it I was told it was a cold spa, which it isn't. I contacted the agent communicating my dissapointment as we had chosen this place because of the hot tub. I did not receive any response or offer to have someone come and look at it. I messaged again after we checked out, with no response again.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed in this gorgeous home for my 50th Birthday. We hired it for the spa knowing the weather was not going to be great. The spa never worked and was not fixed while we were there... Then we tried to cook a roast for my birthday and the oven kept tripping the safety switch, and turning off. One bar fridge did not work and every second power point was dead. Then the heater/ cooler in the main room was seen to by an electrician 3 times over our stay and still did not work...We were left with a BBQ and a fridge...Maddi was amazing and did her best to help but unfortunatley the property needs a major electriacal overhaul to bring it up to working condition...Was very surprised the owner of the rental property never contacted us! I think we may have been the properties first booking and for the price paid I would suggest maybe booking another one till everything is fixed....
