The receptionist said for over 10 minutes that I did not have a reservation, she refused to look at my confirmation number and kept saying I didn't have a reservation. Eventually her manager came over to the computer, clicked 2 buttons and in 5 seconds my reservation was shown and she apologized. The original receptionist never apologized for the delay she caused. The room was very basic and bed was quite hard.

今回は、実家に泊まるスペースがなかったので、近くの東横INNさんにお世話になりました。素泊まりが出来たら、と思っていたので、朝の朝食が付いていてラッキーでした。朝は、食事会場がフロントの前のスペースを使って、バイキング形式のレストランになっていました。厨房のようなところが、その脇にあって、そのレストラン会場との間の窓が開いて、そこから出し入れなども行っていました。狭いスペースの有効活用的な発想で、宿泊代から考えると、有りだと思いました。部屋は綺麗でした。アメニティーは、フロント横から自分で必要なものを持っていく形です。また利用させていただきます！ありがとうございました。
