One of the staff messed up on the payment for my reservation and took payment out three times and I had to wait 21/2 hours before finally getting a key my room. Then kept telling me they only seen one payment but I could see all three and so could the bank. I’m home and still don’t have my money back

I dont know about breakfast cause its served 6-9 and i didnt get up. Theres only one staff member at check in. She was actually really nice but overworked an overwhelmed. The parking is safe i guess. But this is a truckers hotel an there are alot of big trucks around parking lot which is worrisome.

Marginally kid friendly. The pool closes at 9 all week long, which is unusual (10pm is more typical). The only staff I encountered was at check-in and she was friendly until my kids (under 10) mentioned the pool. She was not at all apologetic that the pool closed at 9 when she stated. “Well, the pool closes in 5 minutes.” Our room was nice, but you could tell them skip on cleaning stuff because there was still garbage in between the fridge and cabinet. There was also a giant wet spot near the bed that was some kind of cleaning supply spill (due to the smell). The bathroom wastes a ton of space by having all the towels on the counter. The breakfast was comprehensive, but didn’t start until 7 a.m., which is late for folks having to get going for a work day. I would stay here again, without kids, and only for a night or two max.
