Maintenance knocks at doors uncheduled, interrupting. Room has faucet detached and water does not switch from faucet to shower well. Room materials are cheap. Shampoo and conditioner jars are empty and unchecked. This is not a well managed Hampton inn

got to hotel and found out pool and hot tub were under construction. this was the main reason we chose this hotel.

While it was understandable, there was upgrades of facilities being performed. The staff did a good job and were helpful with local directions. I'd stay there again.
