Set across three beautifully designed levels, Villa Madouri is a contemporary seafront retreat that combines natural elegance with relaxed coastal living. Stylish interiors blend natural stone and warm wood elements, creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the surrounding Ionian landscape.

As one of four exclusive villas positioned along the beach front of Pogonia, Villa Madouri enjoys a prime frontline location closest to the beach. Each villa is built on different levels to ensure privacy, while still offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the turquoise Ionian Sea and its nearby islands. This tranquil setting makes the villa an ideal escape for families or groups seeking a peaceful luxury getaway.

The ground floor features a bright open-plan living area with comfortable built-in sofas and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Large French doors open directly onto the terrace, where breath-taking sea views immediately set the tone for relaxed Greek living. A guest WC is also conveniently located on this level.

Upstairs on the first floor are two elegant bedrooms with magnificent sea views. The spacious master suite includes an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in dressing room, and a private veranda overlooking the sparkling Ionian waters. The second double bedroom also benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, along with large picture windows framing exceptional views across the bay and the nearby islands.

The lower level hosts three additional bedrooms. Two double bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and external windows, while a third smaller bedroom includes bunk beds and an en-suite shower room. This room has an internal window and is ideal for children or accompanying staff.

The villa is fully equipped for comfort and convenience, including high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout. Furnishings are of the highest quality, and the minimalist design creates a fresh, refined ambience throughout the property.

Outdoor living is a highlight of Villa Madouri. Just beyond the lounge area lies the stunning infinity pool, surrounded by sun terraces and shaded dining spaces designed for entertaining and relaxation. Steps lead down to a small garden featuring a striking palm tree, as well as a large decked outdoor living and dining area that comfortably seats up to ten guests. An additional sun deck with loungers sits just above the beach, offering the perfect spot to soak up the Mediterranean sunshine.

As evening falls, guests can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea and unwind in the beautifully illuminated outdoor spaces, where the peaceful surroundings and gentle sound of the waves create an unforgettable atmosphere.

The Neighborhood:

Pogonia, a picturesque village located on the west coast of mainland Greece, is situated in a breathtaking backdrop of beautiful and serene vistas and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to sandy beaches. Local tavernas,cafe and a bakery are within walking distance.

The villa offers an excellent base to be able to explore the neighbouring islands of Lefkada (which boasts some of the top 10 beaches in Europe), Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous Scorpios island. We thoroughly recommend our rib boat day cruise around the many Ionian Islands as it offers an amazing insight to the many beauties of Greece that are often overlooked. We can book this for you at any time.

4km around the bay you will come along the busy town of Paleros which is a lively alternative to Pogonia. There are tavernas, shops and our own Paleros Yacht club that provides all day entertainment and offers sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under whilst enjoying a drink from the large variety of cocktails that they offer or to dine on the delicious food chosen from an extremely modern and tasty menu. A great place to visit both night and day.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended, there is free parking directly outside the villa.



Other Things to Note:

We can arrange a rib boat around the ionian islands and other excusions. We have our own qualified masseur who is available to come to the villa and give private massages. A taxi driver is always available We can arrange car hire A chef can also come to the house to prepare meals These are all at extra cost.

The lower level of the villa is a basement and so does not have a seaview.

The 5th bedroom has an internal window.
