Great location. Cramped bathrrom - shower did not drain properly making the water overflow on to the bathrrom floor. No staff available on premises to ask any questions or provide any assistance.

No one worked there it seemed, so didn’t see any staff. Very nice facility, but too hot inside. Sweated every night in bed. Couldn’t crack patiodoor because someone could get in, and no window to crack. Couldn’t adjust thermostat. It was only on heat 18C but it was like 23C at all times. Not comfortable to sleep in.

Very nice and clean modern rooms. There is self check in and you don’t interact with any staff, which was fine. The bathroom was very clean, the shower was great with variable pressure and very warm. I appreciated they had a hairdryer. The bed was comfortable and there was a smart TV which was nice at the end of the day! There is a small fridge in the room but in the dining area, there is a large fridge and microwave for you to use. There’s even a hot tub. It was the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Iceland.

The property is on the edge of the city at the base of the ski hill. There is no staff on site but responses to emailed questions were quick. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

It was a quiet area, self check in with a code which also means no early check in. No extra supplies, like towels or tp or wash clothes. We didn't see any directions addressing this. Get an even number room, up stairs, and you get a view of the city and ocean.

The self check in process was super smooth and simple. The room was quiet, spacious, and clean. We were able to park right in front of our room and walk to our car through the glass door!

Too warm. Otherwise great.

everything was pretty great except the building is kept too warm. You can set the room to 18 degees but it wont get below 20 or 21 without opening the balcony
