Where do I start? I will try to give an unbiased review of the hotel having recently spent a week there at the end of August 2016.
Will start with our room: We stayed in a family room, which accommodated 4 persons and cleaning of the room was generally very good (every day). No shower gel or shampoos were provided, just a standard soap.
Hotel staff: Terrible: most of them couldn't speak English, and would not allow friends of ours, who were staying at a nearby resort, to come and use the hotel beach facilities, which we were quite prepared to pay for. However, the resort they were staying at, would allow us to come and use their facilities, free of charge.
Food: Terrible: Food in general was terrible compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Plates and cutlery not always available. Plates not always clean. Juice machines not always containing juice. Dessert dishes not always available, which meant having to use the hotter dinner plates for cold desserts (causing dishes to melt very quickly)
All-inclusive timings: Terrible: sometimes there is a gap between certain meals (say between lunch which finishes at 2, snacks 2-3, coffee time from 4-5(coffee & biscuits only), dinner from 7. Problem was that the meal times closed 10 minutes early in most cases. Not knowing this on our first day meant that my 3 year daughter was not able to eat from before 10.00 until after 7pm having arrived for snacks at 2.50pm (10 minutes before they were due to finish)
