Spacious one bedroom apartment with balcony
it was good and receptionist man is very gentle and kind. Unfortunately swimming pool and restaurant was closed which is alright at this time of the year that most of business will go to hibernation till April. The only problem is when they hand your room key , you are on your own.

The Palmiye Park was good value for money. The rooms were cleaned and tidied daily and there was free wifi and reception open 24/7. There was a small kitchenette and a working fridge with an freezer back, kettle and 2 ring electric cooker. The utensils were a bit sparse but sufficient and clean. There was a small bathroom but a huge shower with hot water every time I used it. There was a double bedroom and a large lounge with 2 sofa beds, table and chairs and a flat screen tv (never used). I was on the fifth floor but there was a lift. Some parts of the decor were a little faded but nevertheless I had an enjoyabls stay. The only criticism would be noise from nearby bars especially the Heikenbar and if I were to stay there again I would choose a room on the opposite wing of the hotel i.e. right when leaving the lift not left.

Worst Place to Stay
Avoid this place. You never should not stay here. Staff was so terrible and disrespectful. Elevator was not working and even we arrived at midnight, our was not ready. Receptionist guy was so rude and disrespectful. He insulted us instead of helping and told us he doesnt care if we were going to leave bad review for hotel. AC and wifi was not working. They even insulted us while we are leaving this horrible place.

Аппартаменты очень просторные , вид из балкона на город , видно рассвет ...но само Расположение не понравилось . Далековато от замка и телеферика. Бассейн работал , но ресторан нет . Все очень очень простенько... Персонал очень вежливый , а хозяин даже оплатил такси до отогара )

Große Apartments in guter Lage
Schöne große Apartments mit Balkon und Pool. Bei der online Buchung wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass man für die Klimaanlage extra und in bar zahlen muss. War etwas verwunderlich. Außerdem bis nachts etwas laut. Man konnte aus der 5. (?) Etage maschinenartige Geräusche hören. Ansonsten ein guter Aufenthalt in guter Lage.
