A 2 bedroom ground floor apartment that sleeps 4.The apartment is on the lovely San Jaime complex in Son Bou, just 5 minutes wlk to the beach.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms both of which have twin beds you also have a spacious bathroom with shower and full bath tub.The living room opens out onto a large terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining.The patio is south facing and enjoys the sun all day,with sunloungers and views out to the beach and sea.There is also a well equipped kitchen.

The complex has 3 swimming pools and a childrens pool.There are tennis courts and a childrens playground.There is also a very good restaurant and bar on the complex and a program of evening entertainment in the summer months.

Kiváló szálláshely

A szálláshely kiváló ár-érték aránnyal rendelkezik. Tökéletesen felszerelt konyha, tiszta tágas fürdőszoba, kényelmes hálószobák jellemzik. Gyönyörű zöld, parkosított udvarban található, tökéletes környezet akár hoszabb pihenésre is. A medence is tökéletes, kár hogy külön fizetni kell érte, a vendégeknek lehetne ingyenes.

Mejorable

El entorno era muy bonito, pero nos hemos sentido un poco estafados por los siguientes motivos: nos decían que había un parking privado, el cual era público, para ir a la piscina había que pagar ya que era propiedad del restaurante. La cocina aparentemente estaba limpia, pero a medida que ibas cogiendo cubiertos, vasos o platos podías ver que la mayoría estaban sucios y los tenias que fregar antes de utilizarlos. Respecto a las habitaciones, las camas de la habitación pequeña era bastante incómodas, el armario estaba lleno de trastos y en general la habitación tenía como un olor a cerrado. El cuarto de baño estaba bastante bien, si quitamos el problema de que la taza del váter estaba rota y se salía de su sitio. Los sofás eran un poco incómodos y no parecían muy limpios además no se podía comer dentro de la casa (a no ser que entraras la mesa de la terraza), puesto que no había mesa para comer. Tampoco encontramos ni tendedero ni plancha de la ropa como prometía en el anuncio. En resumen, una estancia un poco catastrófica con grandes puntos a mejorar.

Appartamento in resort con ottima location

Appartamento al piano terra molto datato in resort immerso nel verde, con piscina e ristorante a pagamento. Splendida location a pochi passi da un piccolo supermercato e panetteria, vicino al centro di Son Bou e alla spiaggia. Location perfetta per chi ama fare passeggiate e preferisce spiaggia attrezzata. L'appartamento è dotato comunque di ombrelloni e sdrai propri. Sarebbero da sostituire i mobili in legno della cucina e i cuscini dei divani !!! Manca tv e lavatrice, se ci si adatta un po' e si considera il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e l'ottima location il soggiorno è perfetto!

Très agréable

Appartement très bien situé dans la résidence, pas de vis à vis. Aurions apprécié une table plus grande et une cafetière électrique. Peu de contact avec le gérant, mais réaction rapide pour une petite réparation sur l'évier.
