Beautiful villa with fantastic views of the beach and playground Son bou

The villa is a beautiful villa 186 Menorcan style, recently renovated. Located on the hilltop of San Jaime, enjoys magnificent views of Son Bou and its beach. We access it from the terrace through large windows, and found a practical living / dining room fully furnished with new LED TV Samsung 48 inches, separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including dishwasher, hob and fridge freezer. On the terrace we find all the furniture for eating, sunbathing and an outside shower, plus a modern triangular shaped infinity pool with a minimum depth of 0.8 meters and 1.8 meters high. The pool is equipped with child safety fence which can be removed if not need it. The external environment is completed by gardens with lawn, flowers, plants and various trees and automatic irrigation. To the left of the room, up two notches are 2 exterior double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes sharing a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. To the right of the hall, we find another double bedroom with wardrobe and an en-suite and bath. They have air conditioning

The 186 is a nice village village Menorca style and recently renovated. Atop the hill of San Jaime and enjoys a pleasant view of Son Bou and the beach. Access it from the terrace-through large windows, and found a practical living / dining room fully furnished and separated from the kitchen by a bar with a new LED TV 48 "Samsung.

The kitchen is well equipped, treats including dishwasher, hob and fridge freezer. On the terrace we find all the furnishings for eating, drinking, sun or shade and an outdoor shower handy. In Addition to a modern triangular shaped infinity pool with a minimum depth of 0. 8 meters and 1. 8 meters maximum. It has a security fence for kids. The external environment is completed by gardens With lawn, flowers, plants and trees varied. To the left of the hall, up 2 steps, there are 2 double bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. To the right of the room, find another double bedroom with an en-suite with bath.

Great Holiday Villa

We loved it. Stayed for two weeks, and it was just what we had hoped for. Awesome pool with nice view and plenty of shady spots surrounding. AC, Wifi, BBQ all worked perfectly. Kitchen did the job and we cooked quite a few meals there. Son Bou turned out to be a great base to expire the island. Monica and Mike were great to work with.

Great stay in Son Bou

Nice house to spend summer holidays, great pool and nice dinner area outside. The house is cozy and well decorated, bedrooms well equipped with AC, bathrooms and not modern but clean and do the job. Might be walking distance to the beach but the hill is step so we never tried. Parking near the beach was very easy. Kitchen area might be slightly improved (no espresso machine, a lot of dishes but a bit outdated) but it was not really an issue. Overall a very good stay. Son Bou is central on the island so great to go to Mahon (25min), Ciutadella (45min) or anywhere else).

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa at the top of san Jaime, the perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful views. Villa was exactly as described and well accommodated 6 adults plus a 10 month old perfectly. The property is at the top of a very steep hill, so it is worth having a car for trips to the supermarket. However a taxi from the centre cost €7.50 and took a matter of minutes, we did discover one of the supermarkets did do delivery though which is worth knowing for the future. All in all a fantastic holiday

Confortable et bien placée

Villa confortable, bien située pour visiter l'île. Propreté irréprochable, beau point de vu avec sa jolie petite piscine. Le quartier est calme. Malgré l'absence d'accueil nous n'avons pas eu de soucis pour trouver, ainsi que pour régler un soucis (pombe à eau bruyante). L'agent d'entretient (très sympa) est rapidement intervenue et le problème à été résolu. Par contre manque une cafetière électrique et il faudrait renouveler les poêles et ajouter un ou 2 plats de plus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette villa.

This house is very confortable and beautiful! Ideally located in a calm area of son Bou, the vieuw on the sea is magic! We had 2 wonderful weeks, enjoyed the swimming pool and barbeqeu. Great family home!

The home was beautiful and the location was very convenient. Being 6 months pregnant and with a 3 year old, the walk to the beach was fine, but getting back up to the house was a chore, so we typically drove. Everything for the most part was well stocked, but we were a little disappointed to find out there were no pool towels or beach towels. Travelling from Canada, we didn't think to pack this with us, so we did have to buy a few things to enjoy the pool and beach. We also found the beds extremely hard and uncomfortable, but this is personal preference. Mike the property manager was very easy to get a hold of and Monica was always very responsive as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, Menorca is such a beautiful spot!

Fantastic hilltop villa

Amazing villa over looking the sea in Son Bou. Well equipped with all you need to cook both inside and out on the bbq. Great swimming pool to cool off in after a long day. As some other guests have commented the beach and restaurants/ shops are are the bottom of a steep hill so I’d recommend hiring a car! This is a great base for exploring the island, the host was quick to respond to my queries and had a caretaker locally to address any issues (not that we had any) would return!

Heerlijke week eind september

We hebben eind september een heerlijke week gehad in deze villa. Het huis is mooi, schoon en perfect geschikt voor kleine kinderen. De weg naast het huis naar het centrum van Son Bou is wel druk, maar de inkijk op het terras valt erg mee. We misten een kinderstoel voor bij het eten en een netje om zelf vuil uit het zwembad te halen. Verder niets aan te merken op dit huis, een aanrader.

Hemos estado muy a gusto, la piscina es estupenda así como la barbacoa de obra que hemos disfrutado muchísimo, la casa está bien situada y dispone de lo necesario para 6 personas la zona es tranquila y bonita pues el entorno está cuidado . Sin duda recomiendo esta casa, por todo lo expuesto y además la preciosa playa de Son Bou está cerca. Sin dudarlo volveríamos a hospedarnos en la casa en unas próximas vacaciones.

Sehr schönes Haus, funktionell eingerichtet und mit allem, was man braucht. Der Pool ist sauber, mit Treppen als Zugang auch praktisch und der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Außengrill, möglicher Kinderschutz am Pool, Klimaanlage, Reinigungsservice, SAT TV, WLAN runden den positiven Eindruck ab. Die Betten waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dies ist jedoch Geschmackssache. Sowohl die Vermieterin Monica als auch der Verwalter vor Ort waren immer erreichbar und haben schnell weiter geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür. Zu Fuß benötigt man zum Strand ca. 20 Minuten. Ca. 10-15 Minuten zu einem kleinen Supermarkt und Bäcker. Wir empfehlen einen Mietwagen, damit man in Mahon einkaufen kann und auch zum Strand ist es mit Kindern empfehlenswert einen Mietwagen zu haben. Die Steigung vom Strand zum Haus nach einem langen Strandtag kann Herausfordernd sein. Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit. Very nice house, functionally furnished and with everything you need. The pool is clean, with stairs as access also convenient and the sea view is beautiful. Outdoor grill, possible child protection at the pool, air conditioning, cleaning service, SAT TV, WLAN complete the positive impression. The beds were “ok”. However, this is a matter of taste. Both the ownerin Monica and the manager on site were always available and helped quickly. Thanks a lot for this. On foot you need to the beach about 20 minutes. Approximately 10-15 minutes to a small supermarket and bakery. We recommend a rental car, so you can shop in Mahon and also to the beach with children is recommended to have a rental car. The slope from the beach to the house after a long day at the beach can be challenging. We had a very nice time here

Amazing villa, stunning location, perfect for our family holiday

This property is great! We stayed here for just over a week (family of 4) and it was everything we needed and hoped it would be be. The villa itself was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable with good air con. Good Wifi also meant I could check in with work from time to time which was a great help! Kitchen is equipped well enough to be able to make breakfast or light lunch with the added benefit of dishwasher. The pool was perfect and during the week we were there taught our 2 boys to swim. The Kids also enjoyed playing in the grassed area behind the house when they weren't swimming and the toddler enclosed area is a nice touch. Its a 10-15 min walk (kids pace) to the shops/ beach front/ restaurants/ bus stop - so a perfect balance in having a private property in a peaceful location with everything you need just down the road. Monica and Mike were very responsive to any questions. Would love to come back again! I will certainly miss watching the sunset from the patio! Would highly recommend.

Schöne Villa mit Pool

Waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer kleinen Villa mit Pool.Kinder haben es genossen am Abend in de beleuchtete Pool zu springen.Ruhig gelegen ,schön sauber und gut gelegen.Also können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

FANTÁSTICA CASA

Hemos disfrutado de unos días maravillosos en esta fantástica casa, muy espaciosa, cómoda y bonita. Increíbles vistas del mar desde la terraza!!!!Gracias por unas vacaciones inolvidables. Todo ha sido estupendo. Repetiremos seguro.
