Only 500 m from the beach, Villa Est is located in San Jaime Mediterráneo in a small complex of 2 semi-detached houses. The family-friendly holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and offers space for 4 people. The villa is furnished in the typical Menorcan style and features Wi-Fi and cable TV. From your private, covered terrace with garden furniture you can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and on the large communal terrace with pool and sun loungers, which you share with the guests of the 3 other holiday apartments, it is excellent to relax on hot summer days. Besides all the comfort the villa offers, it is also ideally situated: shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés are 500 m away and, likewise again, the wide sandy beach Son Bou, can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot.
Parking spaces are available on the street.
Bed linen is included in the price, but towels cannot be provided. A cot with bed linen is available upon request and for an extra fee of €28 per week. A highchair is available upon request and for an extra fee of €14 per week. This can be paid at reception upon arrival. The ecotax (€2.20 per person per night) must be paid upon check-in.
