Villa Emilio is located in Cala en Porter, Menorca. This detached

The villa, built in typical Menorcan style, is set on one floor. The
pool area has a lovely gate covered by bougainvillea flowers.
The main door opens into a kitchen and air-conditioned sitting area
with separate dining room. 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin). Family
bathroom.
A delightfully pretty shaded dining area by the pool complements the
setting.

The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player,
Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Fabulous villa, comfortable and well equipped. Spacious grounds and fantastic pool, which is kept clean and well maintained. The villa is in a brilliant location in Cala en Porter, with all local amenities only a short walk away. Great choice of restaurants and bars, and two very well stocked supermarkets nearby. We had a great holiday and have already recommended the villa to friends and family.

There was no communication from the property manager. A 'welcome to Menorca and hope all is OK' would have been nice.

Peaceful

The villa had everything you needed & was in a quiet position just as you enter town, even though it’s on the main road but across from open countryside. The walk into town is a good 10 minutes and quite steep at times, so you certainly get your steps in, if you haven’t rented a car. The bed was a bit hard, but all the wardrobe space was great & a powerful shower. Overall a good base for our holiday. Any questions I had were answered promply via email.

Lovely villa and pool

The villa is small, but perfect for us as a couple. Kitchen cupboards have been updated since the photos, well kitted out. Outside area and pool, fantastic. Great sized pool for a swim, clean and well maintained. One small issue - stove top coffee pot provided but no way of lighting hob! Didn't realise until after we'd bought coffee so had to return to supermarket to buy matches! Also, although we didn't use the washing machine, we discovered that it is housed in the back garden! Apart from that, we had a great stay.

Côté + : Superbe piscine et super extérieur ! Maison spacieuse Côté - : La clim ne fonctionne que pour le salon et le frais n’arrive pas aux chambres … Le moteur de la clim fait beaucoup de bruit Le wifi n’a pas assez de débit … il ne sert à rien …. Pas de machine a café… meme pas une filtre Le moteur de la piscine tourne presque tout le temps et fait beaucoup de bruit quand on est sur la terrasse Les voisins étaient très bruyants et avaient la douche extérieure qui donne sur la piscine … pas tres agréable … Un jardinier vient tous les 2 jours à 7h30/8h le matin pour balayer le jardin … quand on dort nu et fenêtre ouverte … c’est pas top … Bref … nous sommes des habitués de Minorque et de ces tarifs pour la semaine … pour ce prix, les prestations ne sont pas au niveau … Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement à ce prix là … malgré une magnifique piscine !!

We loved our holiday at Villa Emilio, the pool was great and the property was perfect for a couple. Nearest bar/restaurant was 7 mins walk and beach a further 10 mins. Nice country walks across the road, good for bird watching. Pool cleaner Paco was nice and friendly and looked after us, we will return in 2020. Angus

We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Emilio with our two adult daughters. A quiet location, beautifully clean, pool maintanance excellent, clean towels and cleaning service mid week. Cala en Porter was a quieter resort which suited us and the beach was excellent. Enjoyed the 11 minute walk to the restaurants and bars in the evening.

Excellent would return again and would absolutely recommend. My children cried when we had to leave. The excellent pool, quiet location and about 10 mins walk to town. The garden with fruit, great BBQ, satellite TV with English option and washing machine are probably not emphasised enough.

Villa Emilio was the perfect base for our holiday it was a short walk into Cala en Porter with shops restaurant bars and car or scooter hire. The villa is ideal for either a couple or family. It was mine and my boyfriends first holiday abroad together and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay. The pool is bigger in person than shown on the pictures and there is a large outside space to spend lazy afternoons sunbathing or playing in the pool with beautiful hibiscus flowers, apple and fruit trees. The villa provided inflatables for the pool free of charge as well as 2 snorkels which was perfect as I was planning to go snorkelling and thought I would need to purchase my own. Tip Do go snorkelling at Binidalis a short drive from the villa the fish were amazing a must do in Menorca and my favourite part of the holiday. Villa Emilio took care of the small things so that we didnt have to we were allowed to drop our bags at the villa before check in which allowed us to go out explore without having to drag suitcases in tow. They had bottled water in the fridge and toilet roll which meant we didnt need to stock up initially and could enjoy a day in Menorca without having to worry about finding a shop. I trolled the internet for along time and Villa Emilio was the best Villa I could find in Menorca for our budget and once arriving the villa more than met my expectations so save your time and just book this Villa now! We will be back

Villa Emilio was super easy to get to from Mahon airport. Its really just a straight road. About a kilometre from the town centre and little further to the beach the villa was nice and quiet and very easy to find. We hired a car and parking was right outside. Its a lovely little villa with all you need (including a DVD player for quiet nights in). We ate home most nights as it was so lovely to BBQ and sit by the beautiful pool. I could have stayed at Villa Emilio for the whole summer and would love to go back. The beach in Cala n Porter is beautiful and the town is fairly quiet but we saw some great music entertainment whilst we were there. The whole thing was perfect, I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
