The 150 m2 gite is located in the town of Alba la Romaine, adjoining the owner with a heated 11 X 6 meter swimming pool facing south.
At the entrance to the first floor, a large living room which serves as a fully equipped kitchen dining room with dishwasher, a living room with large screen TV and DVD player, a bedroom with a 140 bed, twin beds 90 and a bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms. A bedroom with a 140 bed, private shower room and wc. A bedroom with a 140 bed and a bedroom with two 140 beds. There is a toilet and a shower room. All bedrooms have their walk-in closet and television.
Outside there is a terrace with a large garden furniture, a barbecue and a private car park with a swing, pétanque court and table tennis.
The cottage is equipped with internet.
