Pool area was moldy and pool was freezing On day of checkout room service tried entering at 830am the lobby was calling at 915 to remind of check out at 11 and 1015 room service again tried entering starting u need to check out I said not now come back at 11 they were just rude

This property Location is ideal. However, there is a strong odor throughout the location. Front desk also gave me a hard time about using a US government issued passport as my form of identification. They wanted drivers license supplied and I do not drive.

Sheets and towels seemed clean, but the both pillow and pillow cases were stained. Might have been clean, but who wants stained anything. So even if it was clean I didn’t use them. This was a home base to snowboard for a couple days solo so it was OK, I don’t know if I would stay again.
