The room was filthy and in terrible disrepair. The ONLY reason we did not ask for a refund and leave without spending the night was that there were very limited availabilities in the area due to the Sunbelt Ag Expo being in town and we were so exhausted that driving further would have been unsafe. Things were broken, in very neglected condition and just plain filthy! Holes in the Sheetrock had been crudely patched and with no attempt at even painting them and mildew on the walls. The carpet was nasty. You couldn’t adjust the temperature of the heat to a comfortable level so we about roasted. The only clean thing seemed to be the bed sheets and the shower did at least work. Really bad run down motel!

It was so dirty we asked for a new room, we got it but ir was slsi dirty. The property didnt do refunds so my husband had to go to the store to buys towels, rags, and sheets so that we could stay there. Also our water in the tub and sink initially came out brown. Will not stay here again. We were hoping the door didnt have blood on it. The walls were just as filthy.

Location was okay because it is close to restaurants. The room had roaches crawling everywhere.
