We have stayed here many times now and its a great location. Historic location with a reasonable walk back into the town centre. After breakfast a quick journey to Moutiers and then onto the slopes. Staff have always been positive and helpful. Thank you

This hotel, adapted from a historic building, has a slightly 'youth hostel' air. The room was adequate: bed comfortable, clean - but TV with very limited, and no non-French, channels. There are 3 floors but NO LIFT! Breakfast satisfactory. Still, a delightful setting high up in old 'citadelle' and very reasonable price.

One I got there, it was nice. The clerk at the desk was great - 5 stars for his attentiveness . My main issue is getting there - google maps took me around and around, and there is NO signs anywhere to tell you where it is . NO WIFI in room : Zero Stars . Breafast was a low end continental. The property owner needs some TLC on the customer service side of this hotel - it is nice but with its downfalls.
