Living room and kitchen:
The living area is bright thanks to a large bay window opening onto a 20 m² balcony. It includes a lounge corner with a sofa bed and TV, and a dining area with a large table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all necessary dishes and utensils.

Bedrooms:
The apartment includes three bedrooms:
- two rooms with a double bed (160 x 200 cm),
- one room with two single beds (80 x 200 cm).
Bed linens are provided for all sleeping areas, including the sofa bed.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and storage space. Towels are provided. The WC is independent from the bathroom.

Other Amenities:
- Ski lockers with heated boot racks;
- Elevator in the building.

Apartment Location:
Only a 2-minute walk from Place de l’Opinel with shops and restaurants. Ski slopes and the ESF ski school are just 300 meters away. A sloping area, located right next to the building, offers an ideal spot for sledding fun!

Located between 1,500 and 2,200 meters in altitude, Albiez-Montrond is a family-friendly ski resort with 35 km of varied slopes and 8 ski lifts, suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. In addition to skiing, enjoy nearby shops, cozy restaurants, a cinema, and ESF ski lessons.
The resort is about a 30-minute drive from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, where you’ll find all amenities: supermarkets with gas stations, banks, train and bus stations, cinemas, cheese shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, dentists, and various boutiques.

Important Information:
- During the winter and spring school holidays, check-in and check-out are scheduled for Saturdays (check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out before 9:00 AM).
