We present a spacious villa in "Rua do Estádio" in Albufeira, perfect for large families or groups of friends. In the heart of the city, a few meters from the shops and about 15 minutes walk from the beach and the historic area of Albufeira.



This house offers a relaxing and fun atmosphere, standing out for its excellent terrace surrounded by plants, ideal for grilling with friends or playing in the garden with children.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing direct access to the exterior, garden and barbecue, as well as to the living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor include a suite, a bedroom with three single beds and another with two single beds. All are spacious, with a balcony to receive sunlight during the day.



The three bathrooms share a blue and white tiled decor, two with a bath and one with a shower. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, parking and all the necessary equipment for an incredible holiday.
