ALBUFEIRA LUXURY VILLA VICTORIA, STRIP, BEACH, PRIVATE POOL

A fully equipped and furnished to a high standard house has it's private swimming pool and a garden with barbecue and dining area. Outside is equipped with modern furniture, with sunbeds and table with chairs under the pergola, where you can have lunch or dinner.
The Villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with a dining area, and a kitchen. You will have an unforgettable holidays. All rooms are air conditioned.

Ground floor:
The living room with large TV and with direct access through doors that slide to the garden and pool. 1 bedroom with a double bed and with direct access to the garden. 1 bathroom with a shower. 1 large lounge/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster.

The first floor:
3 bedrooms (each with double bed ), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), very nice balconies with relaxing pool views.

The villa is located in the central area of Albufeira. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, Strip Street - all within 5 - 10 minutes walk. 1km to the beach.

Damage deposit of 500 EUR is requested and should be paid before your arrival. This damage deposit will be refunded after departure in the same way it was received. For groups of young people the damage deposit will be 1000 euros.

Please note:
If you've forgotten the key or have lost them we can bring you a spare key. The delivery prices: € 20 from 9am till 9pm, €30 from 9pm till 11pm, €50 from 11pm till 1 am, €100 from 1 till 9am.
The cost of lost keys is paid separately.
If you've forgotten the key in the key look inside – open the door is from €100 ( it depends on the complexity)
It is forbidden to stand on the gate and ride on the them when opening/closing. Gate repair in case of damage from €300.

Winter rentals are welcome.
