Un séjour extraordinaire,chez des gens exceptionnels !!! L'appartement est parfait,tout y est !! La vue magnifique sur la mer, un équipement ou rien ne manque, plus de 100 m2 de disponible, une situation proche du centre ville,que demander de mieux !!! De plus ,nos hÎtes sont trÚs proches de nous,et volent tout de suite à notre secours en cas de besoin.J'ai dû me rendre à l'hÎpital, Carlos m'a tout de suite proposé de m'accompagner,et compte tenu de la langue,celà m'a été d'une grande utilité. Merveilleux et exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans l'appartement de Mr Pires. Il est idéalement situé, une vue imprenable sur l'océan. L'appartement est spacieux et trÚs propre, trÚs bonne literie, et une cuisine bien équipée. Tout est réuni pour passer de superbes vacances. Donc je recommande vivement cette location. Et merci à Mr Pires et son épouse pour leur accueil si chaleureux. Christine et ses amis.

Carlos and Orlando welcomed us when we arrived and explained the details of the apartment. The view is amazing and location excellent. Very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. The two single beds do not join to make a king though. The elevator wasn’t working when we were there, be prepared to use the stairs or tunnel to access the beach. Perfect set up for two couples or a family.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The hosts were amazing. They were there to let us in, showed us how the appliances work and all the amenities of the unit. I have never had better hosts!The apartment was exactly as the pictures showed it. Clean and very comfortable. A really good size and only one set of stairs to the apartment. Very secure building.You couldn’t ask for a better view. Watch the sun rise, warm in the morning and comfortable in the afternoon.Full laundry service available. Not often do you get a dryer in Europe!All and all a wonderful apartment. We have used VRBO many times and this has been the best value for money we have received. Going back again!!!

Excellent view, just as the pictures suggest. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There is an elevator basically right outside the front door that takes you down a few stories to the beach. Highly recommended. Hosts were fantastic, met us at the location and explained all the amenities.

Fantastisch gelegen appartement met prachtig uitzicht over strand en stad. Alles was aanwezig en schoon. Heerlijke bedden. Carlos en echtgenote waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De oude stad is op loopafstand en erg druk met name in de avond maar totaal geen last van lawaai e.d. Wij hadden het hele verblijf een huurauto om de omgeving te verkennen. Het is wel lastig parkeren maar altijd wel een plekje in de buurt. Aanrader is restaurant O Penedo. ligt op 25 meter in dezelfde straat en heeft een uitgebreide menukaart met heerlijk eten.

this apartment is in a fantastic location !!!! we literally walked down some stairs and were at the lift which takes you directly on to the beach.The apartment itself is lovely and is absolutely spotless - I particularly liked the art on the walls !!Carlos and Landa were great hosts and took the time to explain all about the apartment and the area.There are restaurants and bars so close by they were on your doorstep.If you are a cat lover like I am you must visit cat alley where you can feed a local colony of cats - they are adorable!!!The balcony is a fantastic place to enjoy the sun but also to people watch while you are having a drink.Finally just to say thank you for the welcome pack - we arrived late at night and the welcome pack was a godsend - a very nice touchIf we return to this area of Portugal we wouldnt think of staying anywhere else. Thank you Carlos and Landa x

Very nice but needs a bit of uplifting

The apartment is very well located, just by the beach in the quieter part of town, spacious and clean. We were family of four and everyone had enough space for themselves if needed. Two bathroom for each room and extra WC just with toilet outside of the bedrooms. The hosts were very friendly and super nice and welcoming. In the middle of our stay (which was one week) we got fresh towels. The only downside we found, it needed a bit of upgrade i.e in terms of appliances feks. there was only one frying pan and the bottle opener was broken, and I would have liked to have more of other small appliances i.e cutting knifes when cooking which we did a lot. The showers need a bit of maintenance (old and weary) and the toiletseat in the WC outside of the bedroom was broken. Just few tweaks here and there would make this apartment so much better. But overall very nice stay.

We all loved the apartment it was spotless clean and has everything you need to make a holiday perfect, my only negative is the steps up to it, we had at least 20 plus to get up and down, and anyone with mobility issues I would not recommend it at all, the owner did mention the steps but was not honest about the amount, so the fact I have a knee problem I felt bound to the apartment more than I should have, also we had a neighbour above us that continued with home improvements for the whole fortnight did not help, I know this was not the owners fault but it did not help with my situation being stuck inside most days, also the owner turned up 4 times unannounced with a excuse to visit, we were not impressed as we felt she was making sure the apartment was looked after by us, I felt their was no need for her to do this, she made us feel uncomfortable, but their is no doubt the apartment is beautiful and I can understand they want it looked after, the view is the best I have ever seen, it was perfect sat on the balcony looking over the sea I was so glad of it, we won’t be returning because of the above reasons, but don’t be put off by my say, you won’t regret a stay here if you are abled bodied and can get out most of the time, the owners are lovely and brought our granddaughter a Easter egg and candles and torch during a power cut, the washer and dryer is a godsend and the beds were very comfortable, like I say the apartment has every comfort needed.
