Villa Saint Martin is a spacious and welcoming residence, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort and a central location in the heart of Albufeira.



The room offers a welcoming environment for moments of socialising and shared meals, creating the perfect setting for sharing and relaxation.



On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with bunk beds and a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, as well as a guest bathroom.



On the first floor the dwelling has a bedroom with four single beds en suite with a bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub that serves this floor.



The kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring practicality in preparing your meals throughout your stay.



On the outside you will find a large private swimming pool, a heated pool (additional cost), and a barbecue area that provides the ideal environment for pleasant outdoor moments with family and friends.



Villa Saint Martin is situated in Areias de São João, very close to the lively Albufeira Strip, restaurants, bars, supermarket and the beautiful beaches of the region.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.

A group of 11 of us stayed in the property this weekend. The property was in a great location just a walk from the strip and beach. It was spatious for all the guests and the generous pool area was a great spot to relax in the day. Would definitely recommend booking a hostel over a hotel as meant as a group we spent a lot of time together, and I couldn't fault the villa. Checking in was also very easy.

Excellent villa for groups in a great location

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Saint Martin. The villa is spacious, comfortable and perfect for larger groupsfamilies. The pool area and barbecue space were ideal for spending time together, and the location near the Strip, beaches and restaurants made everything very convenient. The house was clean, well equipped and exactly as described. We would definitely return for another holiday in Albufeira.

Great location, big pool and ideal for families

This was our first time staying so close to Praia da Oura, and it couldn’t have been better. The house is huge, clean, and well equipped. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the heated pool was worth the extra. The beach and restaurants are all nearby, which made our stay super convenient. Highly recommend for large families!

Ideal base for nightlife and relaxing days

We booked Villa Saint Martin for a friends’ trip, and it was perfect. Walking distance to all the bars and clubs, but with a private garden and pool to relax during the day. It’s rare to find such a big house so close to everything. Loved the mix of fun and comfort, we’ll be booking again next year for sure!

Perfect villa for a group stay in central Albufeira

We stayed at Villa Saint Martin as a group of 12 and had an amazing time! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the Strip, but still quiet enough to sleep well. The villa is very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool area was the highlight. We also loved having a BBQ night by the garden. Would definitely come back!

Stunning villa, pictures don’t do I justice. Close to everything but still very private. Pool was nice and big but I would recommend paying the extra to have it heated. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed and bbq was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Villa and location

We stayed at this Villa for a break with friends. Location is perfect for shops and new town and only a 5 min tuk tuk ride to the old town. Really clean inside and outside. Not the most modern of villas but everything you need and the agents and Vrbo made it all very easy

Beautiful Villa

Such an amazing place to stay. Pictures definitely don’t do it justice it’s beautiful. Location is great, close to shops, restaurants, the beach. Considering it is just behind the strip it is still very quiet at night/early morning. Only had a couple problems with our villa but then did get sorted quite quickly. 10/10 would recommend!!

Perfect boys trip

Lovely villa to host 11 friends and I. Location is great and right next to the Main Street of bars and clubs (is loud until the early morning but we knew and expected this). Garden area of the villa is superb, spacious, had a nice BBQ, enjoyed the swim and ping pong table. Cheers to Sandra and team.

Gorgeous villa

This villa is beautiful and very clean with plenty of beds. If I’m honest, a bigger sofa or another sofa would have been great so we all could have sat down together. The pool was brilliant and there are plenty of bathrooms. You could throw a stone and hit the middle of the strip which makes the villa very handily placed although it meant you could hear the music at night due to the proximity. Any questions I had were answered by the property manager very promptly and the welcome meeting was very helpful and the staff really friendly and always there to answer questions via WhatsApp when needed. Overall a beautiful place to stay and help always at hand.

Lovely welcoming villa!

Lovely clean villa, just what we needed for our big family holiday. The villa was a lot better/bigger than the pictures show. The location was ideal as it is central to everything & given the strip is so close, we weren’t bothered by it at all, we could hear some music but not enough to keep you up at night & we had two babies in tow. Our only issue was the check in time being so rigid, we were outside 10/15 mins earlier, the villa was empty and ready for us & we had two small babies in tow and lots of luggage it would have been helpful to have been able to get in just that bit earlier instead of loitering outside but this was denied. The hosts however were always contactable and super friendly and we would definitely recommend them 🙂 they even did a welcome visit which was lovely!
