Staff were super friendly and welcoming. It was very quiet for our stay so the pools and facilities were relaxing and reliably accessible. The restaurant meals were delicious. Only thing that could be better was the breakfast bacon! Just 5m walk to one beach, ~10m in the other direction to another and some convenient shops just across the road. It was the perfect first holiday for my little girl, she didn't want to leave.

The property was good, large pool not too packed when we stayed in September 2023. WiFi was great, TV was good, nice location, walkable and bus routes next to property. Two complaints, the buffet food was the SAME every day, not a lot of options either. Also, the shower soap was not refilled before our check-in and we ran out by our 3rd day.

Location is a bit difficult to get to but room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly. The bar staff though seemed out to get as much money from you as possible, also strange they didn't understand Portuguese. I was trying to order an imperial, a small beer, was told they only have corona so ordered 2 glasses, gave me two bottle priced at €6 each! That's ALOT for Portugal prices?! And small bottles?? Imperial beers are usually €2-€3. Other than that the hotel itself was fine

Eigentlich ein schönes und praktisches Hotel, von dem aus man in wenigen Minuten zum Strand kommt. Der hauseigene Außenpool konnte auch im Oktober noch genutzt werden, war allerdings ziemlich kalt und für Nichtschwimmer ungeeignet, da zu tief. Man hat gemerkt, dass die Saison vorbei ist und das Angebot beim Frühstück und in der Bar bereits auf Sparflamme lief. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Mauvaise isolation, très bruyant, une chambre (relativement loin de la nôtre) faisait la fête tous les jours de 15h à 4h30 du matin en mettant la musique très fort, criant, claquant les portes. Ils ont continué le bruit malgré l'avertissement de l'employée de nuit. Le ménage est fait au strict minimum, le duvet n'avait pas de fourre, le lit contenait des cheveux des précédents clients, l'aspirateur n'a jamais été passé car des tas de cheveux se trouvaient par terre. Chambre et salle de bain très mal aérées car il y avait des poissons d'argent tous les jours. Les verres utilisés pour boire n'ont jamais été changés malgré leur usage. Les toilettes n'étaient même pas nettoyés.
