The Mar 2 townhouse has been beautifully decorated and features marble floors, including stairs with stainless steel and glass handrails. Air conditioning is installed in all rooms, with individual units in bedrooms and living room. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available.



It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with built-in wardrobes and private bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a balcony with stunning views of the pools, gardens, and sea.



The bathrooms are fully equipped with quality finishes. The modern kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven.



The spacious terrace features a seating area and a brick barbecue, offering a perfect setting for outdoor meals with views of the pool and sea.



Externally, the property is located in a beautiful complex with 2 pools (for adults and children) and well-maintained gardens.



The city of Albufeira is just 5 minutes away (2.5 km), making it ideal for families, couples, and golfers, with several golf courses nearby. Various beaches are less than 10 minutes by car, as well as a water park, a zoo, and a marina.



Albufeira's Old Town, full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is just 5 minutes away. At Páteo, 1 km from the house, you can find bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the reservation to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



There are some restrictions for group bookings.

A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 4 people.

For the 5th and 6th persons, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
