Centrally located, this is a lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi-detached villa with private pool and games room and air-conditioning in the living room. It has 3 floors and is located in a quiet area on a no-through road, yet mins walk from everything you need. Supermarket, 250m from the villa. Fresh fruit and fish markets where you also have cafes and a bakery for daily freshly baked bread and cakes-only about 150m away. Central bus station that takes you to all parts of Portugal and Spain is only 50m from the villa. Down town Albufeira is approx 500m, only 10 min stroll. You will be walking away from all the lively action of Albufeira and banks, shops, restaurants etc, yet in a calm neighborhood. No need to spend extra on car hire. You will have everything you need within walking distance.

Annonce conforme à la description, petit soucis avec le prix ce qui m'a vraiment étonnée. Ma réservation à été annulée en me précisant que le logement était insalubre, mais en réalité au lieu de 2800 comme indiqué sur l annonce le propriétaire m'a demandé 3200 n'ayant plus le choix d une autre villa car toutes deja loués j ai payé 3200 au lieu de 2800 .Le propriétaire m'a dit que c est abritel qui c'était trompé mais j ai trouvé cela un peu limite.

Bonne prestation générale

Villa bien placĂ© , proche centre ville, bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Seul bĂ©mol, pas de climatisation dans les chambres, par forte chaleur on est obligĂ© de dormir fenĂȘtre ouverte et du coup entendre le bruit de la circulation... Piscine agrĂ©able , de bonne capacitĂ©, adaptĂ©e pour les grans comme pour les petits. La cuisine du bas qui donne sur la terrasse, piscine et cuisine d'exterieur est un rĂ©gal de commoditĂ© sans compter le nombre de table ou de chaise qui ne manque pas. Les chambres et salle de bain sont pratique dommage que la literie paraisse un peu vielle (matelas ressort pas trop agrĂ©able). Cela reste une bonne adresse pour l'avenir :) .

Villa agréable en ville

On est proche de tout Ă  pied, du centre d albufeira, des plages, des supermarket. Par contre ça circule tout le temps donc chambre au second Ă©tage bruyante. Il faut aimer la literie Ă  ressort.... eau chaude pour tout le monde et Ă  toute heure par contre ne pas prendre la douche tous en mĂȘme temps car sinon filet d eau. Anabela est trĂšs serviable et accueillante. Le "goĂ»ter " de bienvenu est trĂšs appreciable. Lorsqu il fait soleil, il fait bon dans toute la maison mais sans le soleil on a trĂšs froid car pas de chauffage dans la piĂšce principale du RDC. La piscine a l air agrĂ©able lorsqu il fait chaud, ce qui malheureusement n a pas Ă©tĂ© le cas pour notre sĂ©jour. La terrasse et le barbecue sont gĂ©niaux. Vraiment une villa de qualitĂ© en ville 😊

Check in was straightforward as was access to the villa. The rooms were as advertised and more than suficient for our needs. I'm not sure why one of the two kitchens wasn't available for use but the one we had was fully equipped and more than adaquate. The games room was an addition but our children were too young to take advantage. The outside entertainment area was excellent and fully used.Having a Lidl and Aldi local was a huge bonus but a local minimart to get water and basics was missed. The walk into the Old Town was noisy and unpleasant. Walk in but taxi back was the best advise we were given. The park area was a welcome bonus for the kids as there didnt seem to be much in the town that catered for young children apart from the beach of course which was clean and quiet at the time we went.Overall in spite of the fact we had 3 generations on holiday together the apartment and town did provide for all.Anabela didn't see much of us as we had nothing to complain about. I think that says it all.

fantastic villa. plenty of space -3 stories. Large rooms and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and games room.. There were 5 of us but it could have fitted 8 to 10. Beautiful pool and BBQ. Anabela was brilliant to deal with before during and after our stay.. We were given a late check out with no issue. Ten minute walk to Lidl. Ten minute Uber into Albufeira and beaches. Strongly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Everything you need to have a great and relaxing time. We did just end up using Ubers to get to the villa but the bus station is just across the road from where the villa is. The area is nice and quiet but only a 20 minute walk from Old Town. There is also a Lidl and Aldi a few minutes walk away to pick up anything you need for your stay. We really appreciated the few groceries that were already provided to us when we arrived as well. We spent most of our time sitting out back as you have easy access to the kitchen and there is also a toilet that can be accessed from the pool area. You also have the option to cook outside of course with the BBQ.Previous reviews have mentioned the following nitpicks that are true, air conditioning in only two of the bedrooms and the pool can feel cold at first. Really we didn't have any problems with this though, there are fans for the other bedrooms and the pool was refreshing when it was hot, it just took a minute or two for your body to adjust. Overall we all loved our stay here and would all have stayed longer. Hope to be back in the future.

We loved our stay at the villa, it was perfect for our family with ages 5 to 65. The pool was perfect, The outdoor BBQ and dining area was fab and well used both day and night. The downstairs family room/kitchen had everything you needed and we found we wanted to stay in and cook rather than go into town!It is over 3 floors so you need to be aware if you have mobility issues it may not be suitable.The two main double bedrooms have air con but the other two do not and can be very hot in the summer. We were in the black double and the mattress wasn’t bad but the rest of the family said the other beds were quite hard!! Plenty of bathrooms and showers too. I don’t know why they advertise the second kitchen because it has a sign saying not to use it!!!! Although there is a fridge freezer that you can.When you walk in from the street you are greeted by a lounge (air con) and unusable kitchen, a shower room and black double bedroom(air con) with huge en-suite, this is classed as the top floor!You go down a flight of stairs and you have the second double(air con) with en suite and a twin bed and triple bed and a bathroom!Down another set of stairs and you come to the family room with lounge area, kitchen and play area( this was once a garage, it still has the garage door, outside is the gorgeous BBQ and dining area pool and outside toilet. It is a good 20 minutes walk to the old town( we couldn’t manage it) and 10 min walk to Lidl. We used the Bolt app to get to old town.

Just returned home after a wonderful family holiday. The villa was amazing, probably better than we were expecting. So clean and as a family of 8, it was so spacious, we never felt in each others way. So many little extras too like the little welcome food hamper, the pool inflatables and the box of kids toys came in so handy for my 1yr old granddaughter. We all enjoyed every bit of the villa

Annabel was amazing for communication and was great with giving us information about everything We arrived around 10.30 in the evening to a really helpful strter pack. We had a taxi to aldis next morning less than 5We had a couple of trips in to the old town it just has to be done.The villa was lovely and clean spacious well equipped and very comfortable. The kids loved the soccer table and table tennis. The pool was beautiful and as it was so hot it was well needed.We would all reccomend this property for a wonderful care free holiday🥰

Just returned from our second stay at at this fabulous villa in Albufeira! The villa was spotless, well kitted out, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The private pool was a real highlight – perfect for cooling off during thesunny day. Best of all, it’s just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach, so everything is right on your doorstep. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Very good place

We had a very good stay in this spacious villa. What struck us most upon arrival was how clean the villa is. Within walking distance of the supermarket and with a car in the old center and near the beach. Thanks to our stay in this villa we had a great holiday!

First time on a villa holiday and it did not disappoint! Spacious, clean , has everything you need! Best points- pool area, games area (everyone loved the table tennis)Outside eating and BBQ area, let’s keep it simple it was all great!!Bad points - none at allLoved the little touch of a welcome pack, we arrived at 9pm so to have milk, bread, ham etc was very welcome Also there was great communication with the agent, always quick reply’s and very helpfulWe would 100% recommend this villa,, location was good, Aldi and Lidl just down the road! A short walk to the old town.We were a party of 7 from 4 years old to 50 and even the teenagers liked it here! No complaints and every one said they would stay here again! Fabulous accommodation everything you could want in the villa.Our host Anabela was lovely nothing too much trouble. Well situated near the bus station, and about 10 to 15 minute walk into Albufeira.Would definitely go back.
