The apartment is located in the Marina de Albufeira just 15 minute walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Albufeira Old Town often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.

Quiet and peaceful, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

The apartment benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with bosch appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and window overlooking swimming pool and marina.

Sleeping

The sleeping arrangements provided are 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed, sofa bed in the lounge.

Entertainment

The entertainment consists of a Hd flat screen Lcd television which receives several english Tv channels a Dvd player and Cd player, Internet Access Wifi (free).

Bathroom

The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hairdryer sockets, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

Bedroom

The bedroom has 1 queen size bed, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the swimming pool and the marina, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

Changing room and bathrooms near the pool, sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.
