The villa is very well located and very spacious. The driveway is interesting, but easy enough once you have driven up and down it a few times. The pool is great and the grounds very well maintained. Great indoor facilities and outdoor areas. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

The property was lovely, spacious and very clean.The location was perfect for getting into Albufeira and to the beach (Praia d'Olhos de Agua was fantastic and only a 20 min walk). The property is on a roundabout so it wasn't quiet during the day but it didn't really affect our experience overall.The check in was a little unclear. We didn't receive any instructions before arrival (as was indicated on Vrbo's site) and despite several messages to the host I didn't get a reply so we arrived not knowing whether we could get into the property or not. Thankfully, when we did pull up, there was an envelope pinned to the front gate so it turned out fine but it was slightly worrying up until that point.Overall, a fantastic property though and we would recommend it!

Lovely villa

The bills was lovely,great garden and pool,a little disappointed there was no milk or salt and pepper ect , villa is lovely the traffic noise is constant as it is right by a roundabout,but the lovely songs of the birds help, my only criticism is the B,BQ is at the front of the villa and no where near pool and kitchen,but on the whole a lovely place to stay with family and friends for 2 weeks. I would advise to rent a car as we did and found some lovely restaurants on the coast and inland, enjoy

Location

Lovely property but didn't realise it would be next to a busy road. You really need a car which we didn't want to hire. No supermarket or bars and restaurants within walking distance. We did enjoy our stay but spent far more than we anticipated on taxis.

Beautiful spacious villa with a great pool.

The villa was everything we had hoped for, plenty of room for us, well equipped and located near enough to walk to the town and beach. The only complaint we had was on arrival at 11pm there was no one to meet us and no obvious way to get into the villa. After walking around it in the dark several times we eventually spotted a key on a window sill ! And it would have been useful to have some practical information like where the bins were ( down the street) bus timetables, supermarkets etc. But all in all we had a fantastic week and the villa itself was brilliant.

Villa, was lovely, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of room, all facilities. Would recommend taking a couple of dishwasher/washing machine tablets with you, as both machines provided, but not cleaning products so have to buy all if you intend to use. Pool, outside space was amazing. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Very very happy indeed :-). Would happily recommend.

Beautiful Villa

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Villa. We were met by Helena who explained where everything was and did an excellent job with the cleaning etc. The villa was very clean and all amenities were fine.The location was good too,fairly central to Acoteias and Olhos d'Agua where there are a large number of bars,restaurants and supermarkets. I would recommend this villa

Wir haben unsere 3-wöchige Elternzeit in dem Haus verbracht. Mit Baby und Großeltern. Sehr positiv: Pool, wöchentliche Reinigung des Hauses, zwei große KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke, Badezimmer, Parkmöglichkeit mit mehreren Autos auf dem GelĂ€nde, GrĂ¶ĂŸe des Hauses und Anzahl der Zimmer, schöne GartenanlageNegativ: Lage des Hauses (permanente StraßengerĂ€usche durch Autos, Busse, LKWs und MotorrĂ€der. Ist leider sehr störend, auch nachts),Kommunikation mit den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort (keine Englisch-Kenntnisse, alles nur sehr sporadisch erklĂ€rt und teilweise genervt bei Nachfragen. Hausmeister allerdings sehr nett und bei Beanstandungen direkt reagiert)Fazit: sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Garten, fĂŒr kĂŒrzere Aufenthalte empfehlenswert, ansonsten mir persönlich leider zu laut mit dem stĂ€ndigen Verkehr direkt am Kreisel an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße.

Attention annonce mensongĂšre sur l'emplacement!

L'adresse de la maison est fausse. Le lieu de vie de cette maison est situĂ© carrĂ©ment sur un rond point avec une circulation trĂšs importante et surtout trĂšs bruyante. Il est impossible de profiter tranquillement de la terrasse et de la piscine, ainsi que de garder les fenĂȘtres ouvertes. Ce qui est anormal c'est que l'adresse est donnĂ©e volontairement fausse dans le but de tromper le client. L'adresse donnĂ©e sur le site est le 121a estrada do Toy 70 alors que l'adresse rĂ©elle est le 121 estrada do Toy 70. Regardez avec Google map et vous comprendrez la tromperie. L'implantation du lieu de vie de la maison 121a est Ă©loignĂ© du rond point et surtout vous protĂšge du bruit contrairement au 121. En revanche la maison est grande, agrĂ©able et trĂšs propre. Elle est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et la literie est excellente. La personne de l'accueil, bien que gĂȘnĂ©e par la situation est rĂ©active.

Excellent, high quality property in a great location. 10 min walk to town and taxis easily available at 5 mins notice once you have local taxi number. On main road but traffic noise not an issue. Beautiful, well kept pool and gardens. Would definitely stay again.

Villa magnifique et parfaitement équipée

C'était parfait. Pour aller à la plage il suffit de 5 mn de voiture, ainsi que pour faire les courses. La villa est magnifique et l'extérieur aussi, fleuri et trÚs beau. C'est un endroit tranquille et la circulation ne dérange pas du tout. On a profité au maximum de la belle piscine et de la terrasse. Juste un petit bémol.... on serait bien restés plus longtemps....
