Villa Florida is a fantastic villa located in Corcovada, just 2 km from the best beaches in the Algarve, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and a golf course. The villa has 7 bedrooms, accommodating up to 18 people. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), both with private bathrooms, and a balcony with sea views. On the ground floor, there are 2 double rooms (one en-suite) and on the lower floor, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living/dining room is spacious, with 2 sofas, TV, Playstation, and access to a terrace with pool views. The villa offers air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.



Outside, there is a large pool (heatable as an extra), garden, patio, and barbecue. The area is walled and fenced, providing privacy and security. The villa is a 5-minute drive from Santa Eulália, Maria Luísa, and Oura beaches, and a short distance from Albufeira, the Strip, and other attractions. It is ideal for families or groups seeking relaxation and fun.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Great villa

Lovely villa, good location, bit of a hill to and from strip but walkable. If not Ubers are very quick and cheap! Great space and we all loved the pool. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Great games room which kept a group of teenagers busy! Only thing we think could be improved is being able to store luggage on site prior to check in time and an information pack about what to do with rubbish and info on the local area.

Great stay and a great villa

Overall the villa was exactly how it looks on the website. Great size and was all cleaned and tidied. The games room was amazing and the lay out was perfect for me and my friends. Would 100% recommend staying here as the villa was perfect and the communication with the staff was quick and easy.

Lovely villa, well appointed

Spacious and well looked after. Beginning to show its age a little, but everything worked. Almost nothing we would have wanted that wasn't provided. Some baking trays for the kids' fish fingers and chips perhaps. Bit of a walk from the car parking area up a slope to the front door, not a problem for us but someone with less mobility?? Quiet area, didn't experience any intrusive noises. Definitely need a car, just a bit too far to Aldi to want to walk in the heat. Overall, thoroughly to be recommended.

Portugal golf trip

The house was exactly as described and was in a great location for our needs. We had lots of room for our group. We made good use of the pool and the and the basement games area. My only suggestion would be that you have on hand a small selection of basic supplies. For example, some hand soap, dish soap, paper towel and toilet paper.

Perfect For an Extended Family Holiday

The roomy layout of the property makes it perfect for extended families who need to cater for teenagers as well as young children. The games room was popular with all the children (and adults alike) and the heated pool meant that everyone had fun in the water even in October. Modern facilities, comfortable beds and well looked after.

Amazing villa and holiday

We had an amazing time at this villa. There were 6 adults and 5 kids and we had so much space! The pool was lovely and warm to say we went in December ! Definitely worth paying for the pool warming if you go out of season. The property was lovely, clean and had everything we needed (although an outside airing area for towels / swimwear to dry would have been greatly appreciated ) There was great communication from booking - Olivia and Karen were always at the end of the phone if needed and always responded quickly to emails :-) the villa is close to local shops / supermarkets : restaurants etc and when we did need a ride Uber taxis were only about 4/5 euros , cheap as chips! Carlos who came to welcome us was lovely , so helpful and knowledgeable! We would love to come back to this villa !

Amazing place!

Villa Florida surpassed expectations. I knew it’d be good, but once I’d walked through the door, I knew I’d booked the right place. It’s huge! We stayed there with 10 people and had bedrooms, bathrooms and space for everyone. There’s a pool table, table tennis, table football and of course a glorious pool outside too. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous lounge/diner with TV, PS4 and more. Outside, there were seemingly limitless sun beds, a few pool ‘toys’ like inflatables. There was a barbecue too! Check in was very simple, although we asked to get in early (our flight arrived at 10am) and they were unable to accommodate (fair enough!). Check out was just as simple. We ran out of hot water one day, but a quick call meant someone was there within an hour and the hot water was back on. The gas bottle was empty. Great service! We heated the pool which was absolutely essential in October. It was turned on two days before arrival but was still pretty chilly. After a couple of days it was much better. The booking comes with optional extras, like a welcome hamper, which gives you various essentials for a small cost. We didn’t select this because there are numerous supermarkets nearby - Aldi and Lidl, although the Intermarche is closer and significantly better. The villa doesn’t include any essentials at all. No toilet roll, no soap, no washing up cloths or kitchen roll. These are things I think should be included regardless of whether you choose a welcome hamper. Not having food is one thing, but needing to buy hand soap, washing up liquid and toilet roll seems a bit much - even a small amount would’ve been helpful. The villa itself is actually out of Albufeira, by 150m or so, but it’s easily close enough to walk into town. We did this regularly. The Old Town is a bit further away, but our hire cars got us there within 10 minutes. Uber’s are also plentiful and very cheap (£2.15 for a ride to town). Overall, we absolutely loved the place and would definitely go back. Thank you for a great experience!

Lovely Villa

We were a party of 9 adults and 5 children. The villa was very spacious and clean. The outside space was good although I felt the pool was a little small considering the villa can accommodate up to 16 people at least. The outdoor furniture was extremely uncomfortable, could do with upgrading to make the outside just as comfortable as inside. As other reviewers have mentioned there were no basic cleaning utensils but I can recommend purchasing the welcome grocery pack as this was most useful. Perhaps a larger toaster would also be beneficial as a two slice toaster was not adequate for 14 of us! Staff were wonderful couldn't fault them. Exteremley helpful in every way. Would stay at this lovely villa again.

ANAZING!!

We have just returned from Portugal, and we had the pleasure of staying at Villa Florida. There was 15 of us who stayed in total, a mixture of adults and children. The villa was absolutely stunning, with plenty of space for all of us. We arrived to it being absolutely spotless. Karen was there to greet us, who was extremely helpful through the whole of our stay. The villa is located just a little outside the new town of Albufeira, it only takes 10minutes to walk into the town, and to the main beach with all of the water sports available for you to use at brilliant prices. or you could catch a taxi which would only take a few moments and only costs around €6. The old town is a little further and I would recommend a taxi which again isn’t much at all, probably about €8. What a beautiful place to stay, I would highly recommend it. I certainly hope to return again in the future. Thank you for your amazing contact throughout the lead up to our stay, and being on hand if needed whilst we were there. We are all missing the villa life! Thank you! X

Lovely clean and tidy villa. Good location and easy access to resort and local beaches. If anything could make it better i suggest a basic welcome pack with cleaning products cloths, scourers dishwasher tablets, things to get you through a couple of days. apart from that had a great time. Carlos was a very useful host too, lots of useful information.
