Welcome to Villa Jonas, the new accommodation from DreamPlaces- Holiday Rentals!

Villa located between Albufeira Marina and the Old Town. Able to accommodate up to 10 people. 4 bedrooms (2 suite rooms). The outside of the Villa has a large space for a barbeque, a large table, swimming pool, garden area and garage for your car! Food Shop located in less than 10 minutes walking. You can reach the nearest beach in less than 20 minutes walking. Excellent accommodation for families and large groups!



The Villa is equipped and ready to receive 10 people (4 bedrooms) plus 2 beds . There are also 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, lounge area, private pool, private park and garden with lounge area and a big table. The villa have also good terrace whee you can watch the sea and the sunset!



DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Please note that if you are a customer under the age of 25 or a group to party, you will have to pay a damage deposit upon check in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be returned at the time of check out.



We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.



Our guests have access to all areas of the house. They can still use everything in the house. If they need any object or appliance or something more specific, we are ready to help.



Dreamplaces cares about any problems of its guests. We try to be proactive in this regard, but always respecting the space and holidays of our clients.



Villa Jonas is situated about 20 minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, suitable for tourists and people looking for the retirement of the big cities and a paradise. The neighborhood is quite serene, surrounded by tourists and ancient residents. It is a Villas only area, quite luxurious.

It's located 0.7 km from the old town of Albufeira.

villa is in an exclusive area where noise from the nightlife and urban stress can not reach. There is a food shop about 300 meters away where you can get all the products and essences for your holiday. There are several restaurants nearby. Albufeira Marina is a 15-minute walk away.



As the Villa is located in a central area, you do not need to rent a car. We recommend that you walk because there is everything close to the villa. Food Shops, stores, bars and restaurants. The villa is close to the Albufeira Marina and the old town, places that are very popular with restaurants and the festive atmosphere.



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-in – 4 p.m

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)
