The apartment is located on a first floor and has an only neighbour on the ground floor, who is the owner of both properties. It has three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with a hot tub), a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious bright living-dining room with a fireplace and access to the terrace.



The apartment is located in a residential area where you will find many restaurants, shops, stores and supermarkets. Port d’Alcúdia is one of the most established tourist areas in Mallorca where you can enjoy all the facilities you need. It has very good connections with ​​Can Picafort and Platges de Muro, since there is a bus route just one minute away from the property which covers all these areas. It is also near the s’Albufera National Park, where you can stroll on foot or by bicycle and discover the native fauna and flora.
