Casa Synera is a contemporary-style house, ideal for up to 6 guests. Located in the peaceful and sought-after residential area of Cielo de Bonaire, it combines comfort, elegance, and proximity to the sea.

- Main floor: bright living-dining room, fully equipped independent kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), and two bathrooms with shower. Direct access to the garden and pool.

- Upper floor: an additional bedroom with two single beds.

In Cielo de Bonaire, Alcúdia, just 2 km from San Pere beach. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, coves, and only a short drive from Alcúdia old town and Alcanada Golf Club.







Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.

Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / KwH to be paid on departure.

Note 5. There is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. There is an extra cost of 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.

Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
