Modern House with sea view Casa Didi in Alcudia

This elegant holiday villa is located in a small residential area in the Bay of Pollença, close to the beach with a wonderful sea view, on the outskirts of the famous and beautiful town of Alcudia.

The outdoor area offers a private pool of 8m x 4m surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and other furniture to relax both in the shade on the pleasant terrace and sunbathing. In addition, the terrace also has a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying lunches and dinners with family and friends.

The house is lovingly designed with great taste and quality furniture. As soon as you enter the house, your attention is drawn to the elegant staircase that leads to the first floor where the 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms are located. Two of the bedrooms have a dressing room as well as incredible views of the sea.

The ground floor has a cosy living room with very comfortable sofas. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, and both rooms are also connected to the terrace and therefore to the pool in front of the sea.

The owner leaves both bath and pool towels for all guests.

The location of the house is a privilege: due to its proximity to the sea, Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. But, it is also a place where sports such as Windsurfing and Kitesurfing are practised. The school for this is located very few metres from the house.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und sehr sauber. Checkin und Checkout völlig reibungslos. Bis in die Altstadt von Alcudia sind es ca. 20 min zu Fuß. In näherer Umgebung gibt es auch leider keine Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Strand ist zwar kein Badestrand dennoch ist der Blick von der Wohnung aufs Meer ein Traum. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen
